Second single from 'Piece To Piece', out now in USA!
Written by Sia.

Is that Sia in the background?

I hate how she's now releasing bad songs as the first singles, yet having much stronger, like this one.

it's an instant grat, doesn't strike me as being worthy of its own thread?

much of the record is written by sia and not herself too

the song is so sia it hurts. sounds like kelly is doing sia karaoke.

the song is the epitome of unremarkable, this is barely album material let alone second single.

kelly clearly doesn't care about this era so why should anybody else?

So many things wrong with this I don't know where to start

The song is towering, it's a behemoth, to call it barely album material is madness! How can you not fall for those melodies?

As for Sia karaoke, please. She does not have a monopoly on soaring choruses, and sonically this is closer to Kelly's Thankful album than anything Sia has done.

It's a complete 10 and I hope it's a hit.

This sounds ok actually - maybe not as good as some of her other classic hits but think this will be a grower.

This is better than Heartbeat song, which sadly still hasn't grown on me and doesn't seem to be making much impact elsewhere. I got a feeling that this era won't be very successful for her and will further continue her slump. She hasn't scored a top 20 hit since "Stronger".

So long ago! sad.gif I agree that she'll only continue to slump but if this turns out to be another My December then hopefully her next era after this will be a smash? kink.gif

It's a nice enough song, but it's a bit 'heard it all before'.

I wouldn't exactly say she's on a 'slump' when her last studio album outsold its predecessor in most markets tongue.gif. Just the fact that she's still around and challenging the top 10 with a mediocre lead single 12 years into her career is extremely impressive. That said, I'm not expecting this album to return her to 'Stronger' levels of prominence or anything.

'Invincible' is indeed Sia all over but it's great that Kelly didn't end up emulating her vocal style as has been the case with others. Not the most instant track but it shows off her voice wonderfully and is definitely something different for her. Liking it a lot.
