Yeah, it would have been a DNQ if not, but then I probably wouldn't have taken the risk in the first place

Stats updated to include data from XXXIX. Not much going on this time in terms of records, but the following countries equalled or surpassed their highest positions:
Hendinia - 1st (for the third time) Kluminican Republic - 2nd Fljótavík - 5th (for the second time) Unovia - 6th Séyetana - 14th Ramrynia - 20th Armenijain - SF17th (Debuting) Mezidinia - SF20th Although not new records, incase anyone is interested, the biggest improvement from Semi Final to Final was Mdiče who finished 17 places higher than expected, and the biggest regression was Dalisska who finished 15 places lower than the semi final result suggested. |

Thanks for updating them! Just to clarify though, a few positions did change after the final scoreboard meaning I came 21st
QUOTE(Tyron) No, my mistake! I've checked over and it would seem I put 6 in to ChrIseland on the spreadsheet when it was a 6 to Farahtyn (not a 5) and a 5 to Dalisska (who were down as receiving nothing on the scoreboard). The results are hence exactly the same except for the following order: 18 Farahtyn 66 (16 voters, one 12) 19 Kopečka 66 (16 voters, no 12s) 20 Dalisska 64 21 Ramrynia 58 Just thought you'd like to know This post has been edited by RC741: 21st November 2011, 04:47 PM |

It should all be fixed now, so all the new info is the same as I posted above, except Ramrynia's new peak is 21st instead of 20th and Dalisska finished 14 places lower than expected, rather than 15.

Stats updated to include data from XL.
Notable changes: - FYR Vojvodina-on-the-Wold are now joint record holders with Faztickle on most appearances without failing to qualify for the final, with 8 consecutive appearances in the final. - Skall equal the record for best improvement from semi final to final. AlunaGeorge was projected to finish last, but finished 20 places higher than expected. This equals the record set by Hendinia in XV and Daehun in XXXVIII. Allecian and Caerfyrddia had the biggest regression in results from semi final to final in XL, both finishing 12 places lower than the semi final scores suggested. This is not a new record however. New/Equalled PBs for the following countries: Greenfroze - 1st (First time in the top 5 in 25 appearances) Ojnoj - 2nd Unovia - 3rd Séyetana - 14th (Equalled PB set last month, both times with the same score of 77pts) Ramrynia - 16th |

Stats updated to include data from XLI.
Notable changes: - Following their ninth consecutive appearance in the final, FYR Vojvodina-on-the-Wold are now the sole current record holder of having the most appearances without ever failing to qualify. - Numayania is the second nation to finish at least once in every position in the top 5. They join FSR Rontvia in achieving this feat. - New Caprica unfortunately equal the record set by Herzebania for the lowest scoring song in a semi final after B.A.P. scored 1 point. - The XLI entries from Fljótavík and Ashton have made it into the top 10 most successful songs based on percentage of points available. They are ranked 2nd and 6th respectively. Both also appear in the highest scoring songs for the VII-XXV/XXXII-XLI era, ranking 2nd and 5th respectively. No new records set in terms of improvement and regression between the semi final and final in XLI. Incase anyone is interested however, the biggest improvement was seen by Unovia who finished 13 places higher than projected and the biggest regression was seen by N-Lazone who finished 9 places lower than expected. Personal best's achieved by the following nations: ChrIseland - 17th Fljótavík - 1st Hogan-Burg Republic - 31st (Debuting) N-Lazone - 14th Ramrynia - 6th Republic of Sass - SF18th (Debuting) Séyetana - 10th Syndare - 9th (Debuting) |

Oh wow, Foxes 2nd most successful entry in % terms. That's amazingly good, especially when you consider the standard of BJSC XLI.

Stats updated to include data from XLII.
Notable changes: - Ashton finishing second for the second time in a row means they join FSR Rontvia, Kopečka, Mdiče and Numayania in having the most consecutive top 2 finishes. - Botanikka now holds the record for most appearances before winning, after entering 38 times before their elusive first victory. - Lake Thermwoods unfortunately joins a sizeable group of nations in having a worst debut after finishing last in the semi final. - Land Of Jack now holds the record for biggest improvement from semi final to final, after finishing 21 places higher in the final than expected. PBs were obtained or equalled by the following nations: Botanikka - 1st Tinnmark - 3rd (Equalling previous PB) Syndare - 5th Land Of Jack - 6th Terra Avium - 28th (Debuting) Lake Thermwoods - SF22nd (Debuting) |
