It seems as though you have dealt a 1,2 knockout to Kanye's G.O.O.D Music initiative singles here:
17. Kanye West & Big Sean & Jay Z - Clique (7 votes, 23.33%) 'Clique' served as the 2nd official single from the 'Cruel Summer' album, which saw all of those on West's label come together to produce a gigantic album. It soon went onto become a massive club hit, much like the single before, and almost became inescapable on many a night out. When released in September 2012, the song performed decently in the UK Singles Chart, reaching a peak of #22 but fared even better over in the US, becoming a long running #12 smash, finishing its chart run being certified a double platinum single. As much as I love it and think its a great nightclub song, it doesn't strike me as being of the same quality as the rest creatively at least, so I think this is a perfect position. 17. Clique (7 votes, 23.33%) 18. Mercy (6 votes, 21.43%) 19. All Day (8 votes, 22.22%) 20. Niggas in Paris (6 votes, 15.00%) 21. Good Life (4 votes, 11.11%) 22. Otis (9 votes, 25.00%) 23. Only One (7 votes, 17.95%) 24. FourFiveSeconds (8 votes, 20.51%) =26. Heard 'Em Say (6 votes, 15.79%) =26. Lift Off (6 votes, 15.79%) 27. Why I Love You (5 votes, 14.71%) 28. Slow Jamz (6 votes, 17.65%) =30. Bound 2 (6 votes, 16.67%) =30. H•A•M (6 votes, 16.67%) Are you happy with this decision? Is Clique as divisive as it was when it first came out? What needs to go next? Vote and comment below! Keeping with the 2 day voting periods from now on to really whittle it down, so Deadline: Wednesday evening |

I know this may be a controversial move, but with the standard so high I was always going to have to pick something great, so I have had to go for 'Love Lockdown'. Think it may be a wasted vote going on the previous rounds but I have always thought (only when compared to his other discography) it was a tad over-rated. I can really really love it sometimes and other times find it a bit monotonous, especially in the verses. I love the 808's album but I think it has better on it than 'Love Lockdown'.

Clique isn't really seen as a Kanye classic, even though the song is great. Big Sean had like 50% of that song.
Heartless again. |

That is about right for Clique. Very much agreed, good on nights out but not something I'd listen to any other time.
Not liking this Diamonds voting, that should be comfortably in the top 10. Still on Touch The Sky... This post has been edited by Dobbo: 13th April 2015, 08:04 PM |

I was wondering when 'Black Skinhead' would start getting votes as i always thought it was quite divisive. Getting a few trickle ones now, but hopefully it stays safe for a few more rounds!

I suppose I'm glad Clique didn't land *too* far ahead of Mercy, which always felt like the far better of the two.
Time already for Homecoming, it's been like 3rd or 4th so many times |

Flashing Lights gets my vote now, it's not bad, just not particularly standout here at all.

I can't say I am surprised by 'Diamonds From Sierra Leone' leading, but I am disappointed. I never think of it as one of my favourites but whenever I do hear it I always release how much I actually do love it. I think its verses are some of my favourite Kanye verses ever, I love them lyrically. I think its maybe just a bit more under-stated than most by him, that's all.

Diamonds is one of my favourites! Actually expected it to go out sooner though.
