Good evening Buzzjackers 
It's Week 9 in the quiz season and time for something a little different - Quick Fire Quiz!! 
There will be 10 questions and you will only have 12 seconds to answer each question so you must be quick!! 
Every answer will be a number. The closest you are to the correct answer, the better you will score.
For example if I asked "How many guns did Greenday sing about it their 2009 song" the answer would be 21. If there were 30 participants and you said 21 you would get 30 points. Next closest answer gets 29 points etc. down to 1 point for the furthest away answer.
Highest score at the end wins!!

That was difficult! I know I got a few of them spot on but others were a wild guess. One of them I was trying to submit but there was a problem with the page and then I ran out of time so that will go down as a blank entry

Just entered, I'm probably waaayyyy off with some of them!
I'm annoyed with myself for question 2 as I knew the answer to that yet still typed the wrong thing in a rush

Entered I didn’t quite have time to guess an answer for the Whitney one but I full on just guessed everything there 
the Madonna question I think (and hope) I got right although I may be a year off.
As for me being a Rihanna mod her question really stumped me there! Oops

Guys, just thinking what might be fairer on the scoring (as the correct answers vary in size) is to have the correct/closest answer scoring 0 points, then the next closest answer scoring 1 point etc. until the furthest away scores the number of participants as a score e.g. 32 for 32 participants.
As otherwise could have someone who was super close on 9/10 questions and then far off on one with a larger number which completely scuppers them.
I think this may be better on reflection than what I was originally proposing....

I did this but didn't really answer many as the timer ran out lol. Probably got 2 correct though.

Don't worry - you will also score points for how close you are to the correct answer compared to other people's answers!

12 seconds seemed like a perfect amount of time to read the question, enter into complete panic, then try and type in a random answer in time!

I managed to put an answer for each question but didn't always have time to click on 'next page'. I'm hoping the answers still go through if you don't do that.

I panicked when I read teh word aggregate age, I didn't know whether it was average or total so I said 38, which doesn't make sense for either.

It was going very fast for me, I could have done with a couple more seconds
Especially during the first questions it takes a while to grasp how short 12 seconds is
I think it could be even cooler if it had more questions, like 20

Haha the results are going to take me a while with just 10 questions with the number of participants and having to work out differences (as opposed to something just being right/wrong) so 20 wouldn't be viable.

Just done this! Was only confident on one, but now listening to a song that was mentioned, it sounds like I made a lucky guess and got at least two
Yes, I think it would be fun to use the same site for doing Family Fortunes or Pointless tbh with a time limit, so people have to say one of the first things to come into their head as opposed to using Google for the best answer or a loophole etc

Results are populated/calculated.... Will try my best to deliver if I get quiet periods at work tomorrow, otherwise won't be til Tuesday as have plans after work tomorrow.
