Welcome to Round 15 and the latest song to leave us is 'Alejandro', after a neck and neck battle with 'Just Dance', where at one point it looked as if the former would be leaving us, but 'Alejandro' edged out in front by 1 single vote, which makes this the closest battle yet. This also means that we finally lose one of the 'Fame Monster' singles, and giving the fact that they all ranked in the top 10 here is something of a feat.
Honestly this song has never been one of my favourites from her, while it does stand out amongst her other hits and it does have a certain charm to it with it's campy lyrics and Scandipop beats that wouldn't sound out of place on an Ace Of Base album. The Fame Monster album itself is flawless with 8 fantastic songs and I bet trying to pick singles was a chore, especially with firm fan favourite 'Dance In The Dark' which was the label's choice, but this was chosen instead by Gaga herself and damn it back then she was so huge that she got her way. I do admit the chorus on 'Alejandro' works really well which makes for an effective earworm and let's not forget to mention that music video which of course has nothing to do with the song whatsoever, the song is bright and summery while the video is dark and depressing, which I found to be a tad step to far for me. While the song doesn't quite rank up there with her greats, it's still an okay piece of pop and in my opinion did end the era on somewhat of a high note.


As for the other results, like I said 'JD' received the 2nd highest amount of votes with 11, 'Telephone' picked up 7 votes, while 'Paparazzi' gained 6. 'BR' & 'TEOG' both received 2 votes each and finally 'PF' picked up 1 vote.

Right then we are now down to just 6 Lady Gaga songs, so it will be up to you to decide what will make the final 5. Same rules apply just vote for your least fave song by the next round which will be on Tuesday 4th July.
