The votes are in, and it's time to see what color has shone the brightest! Eleven songs are in the running, and one by one they will face the wrath of Zedd's pocket knife. Which ones are you rooting for? Here's a look at the track list if you need a little refresh: xx.x 01. Addicted To A Memory (feat. Bahari) xx.x 02. I Want You To Know (feat. Selena Gomez) xx.x 03. Beautiful Now (feat. Jon Bellion) xx.x 04. Transmission (feat. Logic & X Ambassadors) xx.x 05. Done With Love xx.x 06. True Colors xx.x 07. Straight Into The Fire xx.x 08. Papercut (feat. Troye Sivan) xx.x 09. Bumble Bee (Zedd & Botnek) xx.x 10. Daisy xx.x 11. Illusion (feat. Echosmith) Coming at 16:30:00 BST/11:30 AM EST |

I predict the title track to be the lowest, or near the bottom, with I Want You To Know being the highest seeing it's the only single at the moment to have charted (and is also the best of the album )
As for album tracks I reckon (and hope) Papercut does well |

All my life, one page at a time... 11.) "True Colors" Average Score: 5.94 Addicted (to a memory): 9.0 (Nick F1) Straight Into The Fire: 4.0 (Dan, Ethan) This song was the last of the True Colors Experience songs, following a sold-out promo show in Madison Square Garden and a light show in the Empire State Building (the above video). I figured this would be low on the spectrum (no pun intended). This was his weakest track on the album (and probably to date), considering it was basically without any drop. Love the cowboy feel it had, but the vocals were a bit off... |

Yeah, as I suspected, quite a weak track from him really
Also at the title track of this being the weakest yet the Clarity was quite the successful title track! ;D Could you put everyone's votes on there too as well if you don't mind? |

good to see the title track that low down, dance acts producing non-dance songs rarely works well and the vocal isn't great either

Adam: I'll do that at the end, thanks!
Let me show you how a kiss should taste... 10.) "Daisy" Average Score: 6.34 Addicted (to a memory): 9.5 (Cody Slayberry) Straight Into The Fire: 4.0 (Dan, Ethan) Okay, clearly I do not see the lack of appeal for this. This song is more symphonic than the rest of this album, combining some kind of philharmonic with the amazing vocals of Julia Michaels. He played this in a daisy field, actually |

I didn't mind Daisy, giving it a 6.3 on one listen.

Cause all I really wanted in this short life was you... 9.) "Done With Love" Average Score: 6.86 Addicted (to a memory): 8.5 (Nick F1) Straight Into The Fire: 6.0 (Dan, Ethan, Adam, Harry) Zedd premiered this track back in Vegas, including a helicopter ride over the valleys and playing near the Red Rock Canyon. While this song isn't spectacular in any means, it's quite decent for what it's worth. Not a lot of people thought so, as only Nick and I scored it higher than a seven. |

Remember the ghosts before you, and drink to the souls tonight... 8.) "Transmission" Average Score: 7.07 Addicted (to a memory): 9.5 (Juan Carlos) Straight Into The Fire: 5.8 (Dan, Ethan, Adam) The slowest track on the album also kicks the bucket at the bottom five. To be completely fair, this was a new side of Zedd that I was intrigued about and I may have overrated this because of X Ambassadors. ANYWAY, being the fourth song to debut in the True Colors Experience promo tour, it did two things: A.) feature a rap, which I haven't seen Zedd do until this album came out B.) produce a mid-tempo. |

7.) "Bumble Bee" Average Score: 7.19 Addicted (to a memory): 8.5 (Cody, Nick) Straight Into The Fire: 5.8 (Adam) This was actually the first EVER track off of True Colors that surfaced because of a set that he did during his birthday (and mine!), and for that reason I appreciate it a bit more. It does rank a bit lower for me though, due to it being less Zedd and more Botnek. Glad that I can finally take the ID tag out of the MP3 in my head because I finally know what the song is. Contrary to this song, I hate bees in real life so this is probably the closest I will get to handling a bee. |

Take your dark days and send them to the sun... 6.) "Straight Into The Fire" Average Score: 7.43 Addicted (to a memory): 10.0 (Cody) Straight Into The Fire: 5.0 (Harry) 1.) Harry you traitor 2.) Okay, you are all crazy. If something does not spark in you when you hear the lyrics instead of focusing on the production, you have no soul whatsoever. I thought it was top 2 spectacular but apparently no one wanted this at the top 5. I may excuse this blip of taste for what you guys put at #1, but... I simply can't. |

Tell me you're covered tonight or tell me lies... 5.) "I Want You To Know" Average Score: 7.60 Addicted (to a memory): 10.0 (Cody) Straight Into The Fire: 6.0 (Juan Carlos, Nick) This is a shock The first single of the album and the only trace of Zeddlena kicks off our top five. I was pleasantly surprised to hear about Zedd and Selena doing a collab, let alone dating when this was first announced. Of course, they're not together and as a side effect it flopped everywhere else in the world, but I can't say that Selena destroyed Zedd's career... in fact, they've kinda built up their profile both together and apart. |

We are sentimental slaves on broken knees... 4.) "Addicted To A Memory" Average Score: 7.76 Addicted (to a memory): 10.0 (Juan Carlos) Straight Into The Fire: 6.8 (Adam) Zedd is another person who can get away with recycling his own melodies, and how can we not hear it? The breakdown is a rework of the verses of "G.U.Y", another song he has helped produce. It's one of the longest songs on the album (the second longest I believe, right after "Papercut"), but Bahari's ethereal vocals and the thrilling last breakdown really cement this into a symphonic blitz. Here's another song by Bahari: |

Zeddlena was only #5???
Good too see ATAM at #4 though oops at me being the lowest voter though. It was the second best track (it even appeared in the lower part of my chart for a couple of weeks so I should have given it a 7 ) I reckon the Troye Sivan collab will be #1 with Beautiful Now the #2, and I think the remaining one is the Echosmith? |

Papercut will be #1 I think. That would be a good choice, glad IWYTK hasn't won just because of its single status

Forgive me for staring, forgive me for breathing... 3.) "Beautiful Now" Average Score: 7.83 Addicted (to a memory): 10.0 (Cody, Juan Carlos) Straight Into The Fire: 6.0 (Nick F1) "Beautiful Now" had been #2 for A WHILE, then people started giving in pretty low scores. This means, a single has not won this rate. Anyway, this was announced as the second single with the U.S. release of the album (because the UK release is usually extremely late). Which means it's between "Papercut" and "Illusion"! Which color will shine the brightest? |
