I did always wonder if it was the Mint Royale, just didn't like to ask in case I was wrong! I loved 'Don't Falter', the single they did with Lauren Laverne did in her post-Kenickie pre-hosting every music show on telly days. Yeah, it's Neil Claxton. He does occasionally post some of his music on there as well. 'Don't Falter' is indeed great, as are quite a few others. I was never that keen on 'Singin' In THe Rain'. |

Official charts
QUOTE Florence + The Machine is leading the charge for this week’s Number 1 album in a race that sees a slew of new entries competing for a place in this week’s Official Albums Chart Top 10.
Florence’s third album How Big How Blue How Beautiful leads the pack by a considerable margin; currently outselling the rest of the Top 5. If she holds on to her lead, it’ll mark her third consecutive chart-topping studio album, after Lungs (2009) and Ceremonials (2011). Meanwhile, former Britain’s Got Talent champions Collabro are new at 2 with their second album Act Two, and Jamie xx’s debut solo LP In Colour debuts at 3. Simply Red’s Big Love is on track to become his 13th Top 10 record this week, new at Number 4, and punk band Slaves start at Number 5 with their debut Are You Satisfied? New entries British rock band The Darkness land at 6 with their fourth studio album Last Of Our Kind, and Jason Derulo is at Number 12 with Everything Is 4. The album includes the single Want To Want Me, which currently holds the top spot on the Official Singles Chart. Major Lazer’s second album Peace Is The Mission is at 20, US singer-songwriter Melody Gardot is heading for her third UK Top 40 album with Currency Of Man, new at 22, and indie-folk singer SOAK enters at 25 with her debut album Before We Forgot How To Dream. Finally, Rifles’ No Love Lost (29) and Paradise Lost’s The Plague Within (37) are on course to enter the Top 40 this Sunday. View this week's Top 100 Official Albums Chart Update (from 4pm) |

Really liking this song at 11, the sample is good and the vocalist sounds a lot like Kiesza

Hate when they refuse to play a song during the update I'm presuming the reason The Hills wasn't played was because it's explicit and they have no clean edit. Please think before you moan, the only other times they snub songs are when they snub the lowest one(s) due to time constraints. |

If the reason being is because there are too many new entries, fair enough. But not when the reason being is so they can play either a climber or a song from the album update #1 |

Really liking this song at 11, the sample is good and the vocalist sounds a lot like Kiesza I think (although it hasn't been confirmed) the vocalist IS Kiesza. It can't be just coincidence that the singer is called Rae and Kiesza's middle name is Rae surely? |

Jason Derulo has gained a fair bit on yesterday was 9k behind, I should imagine he be #1 on Friday's update. Unfortunately we don't have any sales data this week, so we can't fill in the sales blanks.
Will down to 7, looks like all the new album releases has pushed most of the old albums down the chart, with a couple of re-entries. And please let Sam Smith fall another place |

Im hoping/guessing Florence is on around 30k if shes outselling the top 5 combined. Hope Ship to Wreck stays in the top 40 singles for sunday although id say Disclosure and Ed will fall as their streams arent great!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the fact more people have been motivated to buy a new album by THE DARKNESS than Jason Derulo?
