Agreed.

Hopefully Anne-Marie wins it as I have liked all her songs. Have a feeling it will be Rag "n" Bone Man though as he isn't as mainstream as the other two

@brits
It was tough, but the winner of #BRITs 2017 Critics' Choice Award is the amazing @RagNBoneManUK! Congratulations!! 🙌 http://www.brits.co.uk/news/critics-choice-winner-2017

Was so obvious haha

Rag'n'Bone Man will be a one hit wonder whereas Dua Lipa and Anne-Marie will have multiple hits, especially the latter!

There's nothing to suggest Rag'n'Bone Man will be a one-hit wonder yet kink.gif I said it elsewhere but I've heard a few more of his songs via his support act slot on Tom Odell's tour, there's lots of potential hits and I think he can score a couple more alongside a big selling album.

Besides, one hit is more than the last Critics' Choice winner got! laugh.gif

Anne-Marie's gonna be one of those chart acts that score a string of hits but none people actually remember a few years later. Like Jess Glynne.

I don't think Jess Glynne's hits are going that way at all ohmy.gif at least not Hold My Hand / Don't Be So Hard On Yourself / Take Me Home and of course Rather Be.

As a DJ, if I put on Hold My Hand, Don't Be So Hard On Yourself, Rather Be or Real Love, they always get a reaction and always get people on the floor, even still. That's a good sign!

People might remember a few of the songs, as they're the type to get repeat plays on Heart but Jess Glynne herself I honesty cannot see people remembering much. There isn't anything to remember her by!!

I say this as someone who liked Don't Be So Hard On Yourself and Right Here but don't play them much now.

Who on earth will be No.1 then? ohmy.gif Can't see many of the remainders on the longlist going on to huge mainstream success save for maybe Anderson .Paak, but they usually pick a British artist to win this.

Now that is a surprise! ohmy.gif

I reckon it'll be Tom Grennan for some reason - although Anderson Paak is a good shout along with The Japanese House and Ray BLK in the mix maybe?

The winner will be either Dave or AJ Tracey for sure, kinda makes sense they'd have a uk hip hop artist take it this year

I'm shocked at Rag'N'Bone's placing, I would prefer Maggie Rogers to win out of the remaining lot.
