So the Queen of Korea is finally set to release her debut album following a series of delays caused by her former management at YG Entertainment. Rumour has it that we can expect the LP sometime around late March/early April. Today she dropped an all-English song from the album called Wish You Were Here which is evidently about the passing of her mother - while emotional, it’s a brilliant track!



And of course this succeeds the two lead singles that were dropped simultaneously last October; the hip-hop infused H₩A, and the Rihanna-esque R&B bop that is 5 STAR.





She gave a stunning performance of H₩A on The Late Late Show with James Corden upon release so that’s worth checking out! Also, if you like any of this, she released a six-track EP in December of 2019 titled In the Name of Love featuring some really brilliant material (especially One and Only).
