My guess is the 3 vinyls listings have gone up early, this happens sometimes, most famously when Mel c's Stages appeared on Amazon and her team put out it was a mistake which was fooling no one.

Brilliant news! I was losing hope that this would ever happen.  I'm most excited by Forever getting pressed (the idea of that artwork on 12" vinyl is alarming, but incredible x). I have the original 97 pressing of Spiceworld but I'll definitely order the new pressing as well to have it on 180 gram. I'm rather surprised that Greatest Hits is getting a standard vinyl pressing seemingly with its original artwork! I'm really pleased.  Spiceworld & Greatest Hits are now showing up on Amazon UK, but no Forever as of yet. Fnac & Amazon.fr say 6th December 2019! Amazon.fr has these descriptions, translated into English: Spice World: Released in the wake of the huge success of the first album, 'Spice World' uses the ingredients used until then, adding a touch of groove and more mature strolls.On this 180 gram vinyl reissue, you find the hits 'Spice Up Your Life', the very early Soul 'Stp' and the ballads 'Too Much' and the Hispanic 'Viva Forever'. Forever: Released in 2000, will be the first opus of Spice Girls without one of her (Ginger). The more rn'b sounds and ballads with pop accents make this album the most mature and will also experience success and the top of the charts. I feel these vinyl pressings are important for the girls legacy. CDs are slowly dying and 2 of the girls 4 albums aren't in CD print so to have a physical format of all 4 albums available to buy is a must. Especially a trendy and in format like vinyl.

YYYAAYYYYY I am soooo excited as I have wanted Forever and the Greatest Hits on (proper) vinyl for a loooong time!
I have the old edition of Spiceworld so might wait a bit to see if there is anything different about this version (most probably not though lol). FINALLY they are taking their legacy a bit more serious. Now let's hope Spiceworld and Forever CDs go back on print (I doubt it though) and that their social media/newsletter/website actually promotes these releases. |

Definitely going to be getting Forever for the collection, and if the GH is the proper cover I'll get that too! It's funny I thought it looked cheap when it first came out but I've grown to love the GH cover!

The French description of 'Forever' sounds like it was written by Mel C in 2000. So shady
 I will order 'Spiceworld' but I was never that taken with 'Forever'. The singles were the best thing on it for me, but I couldn't invest in the rest of the album. |

Forever is still not showing on Amazon UK for some reason, I'm getting impatient! I've pre-ordered the other two.
There's still a disparity between the French release date (6th December) & UK (7th February). I hope this is cleared up soon... it would be pretty bizarre if they really are being released two months apart. |

The French listing have been put back to Feb 7th too so that seems to be the real release date. I dont mind as it is a nice long stretch to build up pre-orders and sales are lower in Feb so hopefully in the UK at least it can have more impact.

While it would have been great to have them as early as December, like you say there’s certainly a higher chance of album chart re-entries in February. I just hope their social media isn’t useless & actually promotes these at some point. 🤔 It’s low key so far, just fans spreading the word.
Wondering what’s taking so long to get Forever on Amazon UK! 😩 |
