Tbh though I feel like maybe that's just what Karen has been made to think, maybe it was a friend of his who raped her or something and only he knows? An incest pregnancy isn't a very SOC storyline at all, he can't go from bins and community spirit to... that.

Has nobody picked up on the fact that Keanu isn't actually her son? There have been a number of references. So it wouldn't be an incest storyline...

Yeah I have been thinking that when mulling it over a bit more, I think it might add to her arc of being shown to have a huge heart under the bravado, she probably took him in from a friend who died or went to jail or something and he's like a brother but not properly |

Is it just me or did most plot lines actually start moving somewhere last night?
Love Dot calling Sonia a bossy boots and Michelle's affection for a bench that was in place 20 years before she could be bothered to visit it. Add me to the liking Karen pile. I thought I'd despise her but I find her genuinely amusing and they've given her quite a realistic soft side as well. |

Karen's ACTUALLY growing on me which I didn't think would happen. I'm looking forward to seeing what John Yorke does with the Taylors.

I know we're supposed to hate Robbie but are we really supposed to be backing Donna when she hasn't paid her pitch fees? It's giving me people-moaning-at-Tamwar-because-Kush-couldn't-get-out-of-bed teas.
And surely we know this Callum's dad. Max's associate? Nosebleed guy? |

In real life Kush and Martin would have been immediately sacked for what they did to Robbie. No doubt they'll be back on their stalls in tomorrow's ep.
I get what people are saying about Karen growing on them. I was feeling that sentiment tonight where the actress showed she could actually do some dramatic acting without it being overly theatrical. I just really dislike the way SOC is present the working class as lazy, cheating, stealing scumbags. Plus the fact that Keegan is the most detestable character the show has had possibly ever. |

The entire market storyline has been a total farce anyway, why stop now :') I did rather enjoy Kush and Martin dumping Robbie in the bin, I mean it's entirely ridiculous but he totally had it coming
