Incredible debut album. Love every song on the record! "Timebomb" and "Talking Body" could definitely be future singles.

My Gun is missing from my version

(ps downloading leaks is bad people unless they're making you wait until the following year before you can legally support the act)

Timebomb is amazing, I adore the quickly spoken verses, very Natalie Imbruglia - That Day wub.gif

Heard Timebomb and not really a fan of it sad.gif Verses are the best part tbh. Talking Body is not bad!

Not as sold on the album as the singles would suggest actually on first listen, although it has 4 or 5 great moments. Love the new mix of Not On Drugs, the little added production flourishes in the verses are wub.gif

Me neither.

There's nothing I dislike on it (save maybe Like Em Young which I refuse to listen to in case it gets stuck in my head and I end up singing it at a REALLY inappropriate moment) but whilst I do think they're all quite good, they all seem to have a similar 'quiet verse then build up to comparatively explosive chorus' structure to them. It's just a bit samey after a while.

It helps that that's a good formula because as far as diversity goes I agree. It contains a load of good songs (particularly the likes of Timebomb and Got Love) but it's not doing anything we haven't heard from her. At least she's sticking to something that works.

It's making me really appreciate Not On Drugs finally though, what a beauty.

I am on my second listen of the album now and it is a little samey throughout. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing because it's all GOOD but i just expected 3 completely different experiences when i saw the tracklisting. Maybe i'm putting too much bearing on these 'interludes' but my expectations haven't really been met there (especially because some of the songs could and probably should be placed in different sections so what point do they serve?). A nice idea but don't think it's been executed as well as it could have been.

'Like Em Young' is pretty bad, but the rest of the album is solid. Not a patch on the strength of the EP though but i'm happy, if a little underwhelmed given i hyped it up to the clouds.

This album is so so good! wub.gif

My highlights have to be 'Thousand Miles', 'Talking Body', 'The Way That I Am' and 'Timebomb'. I love the way she emotionally connects with some of the songs and they're quite hard hitting.

'Like 'Em Young' does kind of give me creeper vibes and 'Not On Drugs' whilst a solid enough song never really enthused me, but overall this is great. I wasn't quite sure what to expect either.

I've been listening to this album today. Great music, but most of her lyrics are emetically superficial. I'll have to turn off my brain to continue listening.

When are the UK getting this album? I mean, I wouldn't mind waiting but we don't even have a release date or any certainty that it will happen. So frustrating.

It does baffle me how the UK were the first to jump on her and we appear to be getting the album last.

I've made a perfect 12-track album out of everything she's released. I love it now. wub.gif

01 | Habits (Stay High)
02 | My Gun
03 | Timebomb
04 | Moments
05 | The Way That I Am
06 | Got Love
07 | Thousand Miles
08 | This Time Around
09 | Love Ballad
10 | Crave
11 | Out of My Mind
12 | Over
13 | Habits (Stay High) [Hippie Sabotage Remix] ~Bonus Track~

I wish I could include Not on Drugs & Talking Body, but they're just not good enough, are they? sad.gif
