I think they stand for 'Track equivalent albums' and 'stream equivalent albums'. TEA - a certain amount of tracks bought individually and downloaded represent one album. SEA - a certain amount of tracks from the album that are streamed are now the equivalent of one album. I can't describe it very well and I may be wrong but that's the idea I think. How did Ed, Sam Smith and 1D (The Brit parade) do? 1D seems to have gotten all the cool slots around Thanksgiving and Xmas to promote "Four".

Blank Space - 503k Shake It Off - approx 200k Bad Blood - 60k Style - 50k That's about 813,000, so the other 9 tracks on the album could easily have sold a total of 230,000.
