Oh Kylie drama.gif

Why oh why! No words - but like others I’m so p!ssed off that she’s again wasted a promo opportunity, it’s seems BMG/Kylie and her management give zero f***s about singles of their success.

Golden on iTunes drops from 336 to 373 in album charts after xfactor. What a waste.

I'm actually really pleased she performed A Lifetime to Repair! It was brilliant. wub.gif I just couldn't see her performing MTSWY, and hopefully ALTR sees a small resurgence.

So disappointed with that and such a waste of an opportunity. Why is she promoting singles behind schedule, when a lifetime to repair was released she performed golden on the voice and now music's too sad without you is released she performs a lifetime to repair, there is no logic to it. Vocally until the last minute it wasn't great either.
So pissed off with that now after looking forward to it all week

I predicted the drama in here as soon as the opening bars played. rotf.gif For what it's worth, I enjoyed the performance!

Lol y'all were moaning that we never got an official performance of 'A Lifetime to Repair' 5 minutes ago! drama.gif

I thought it was great! More complex staging than we're used to from Kylie TV performances but I thought bringing the theme of the tour performance to the TV stage worked well and I thought she sang just fine. It's clearly a challenging song to sing but I didn't have a problem with it. You do remember she had to cancel tour dates because of a throat infection earlier this month, too?

How is it a wasted opportunity though? We all know how the promotion strategy is going this era and we were aware she'd might not sing 'Music's Too Sad'. It's an unknown song as far as the public are concerned and is from the new album... not like she came on to sing 'The Locomotion'!

I didn't even notice anything iffy with her vocals, she sounded brilliant to me. The performance was so much fun, very energetic and sold the song brilliantly. Hopefully it can translate into some album sales!

I feel like we'll probably see her again for Music's Too Sad Without You in the final?

I wasn’t expecting her to sing Music’s too sad without you. However, the promotion strategy is a tad silly. This single got virtually no promotion when it came out but only reason I can think she performed it was to promote the album. The performance was ok, nothing outstanding but quite a hard song to sing live!

I think so too! XF do tend to have acts that have performed in previous weeks' live shows come back for the final, so I really don't see a problem with her performing A Lifetime to Repair now, and saving MTSWY for the final where the show will most likely have far more viewers, thus potentially translating into more sales.
