Great choices here with Harry's House and How To Let Go! Your reccomendations for Sigrid's album are some of my favourites too.
I discovered Propaganda by Fabri Fibra when I was looking for a Worldvision entry, big fan of it but I haven't listened to the album yet! The Ghali album sounds like it'd be my sort of thing too, I'll definitely give that a try |

Really recommending both Caos and Sensazione Ultra, if you are looking for great italian albums made by fantastic italian artists. Thank you for your comment. |

Giving Seta a listen now, the tune is sounding pretty nice! And I probably ought to listen to more of the Alice Merton album, the only song I recognise is 'Same Team' although I did like hear earlier stuff!

Top 10 Albums of 2022
2. Taylor Swift - Midnights So many people are saying they found this album underwhelming, repetitive, and disappointing. I've also found people saying it didn't meet their expectation. I didn't find any of this to be true. I get the criticisms of the albums, read some of the reviews and met some people who didn't like this album or Taylor in general, but for me personally and it's an unpopular opinion that I stand by: This is Taylor's best album so far. There are songs you can dance to, songs you can cry to, songs you can just listen to and absorb. They all come together to form one cohesive album. If it's not your thing, that's ok, it's not for everyone and that's your preference. For me personally, I found this album to be incredibly beautiful, deep, and filled with so much emotion, and feel the arguments of why it's not good hold little value. Also, the deluxe tracks on the 3am edition are magnificent too. Charting songs from the album: 01 Anti-Hero 33 Would've, Could've, Should've 35 Lavender Haze 40 Bejeweled 44 The Great War 45 Karma 46 High Infidelity 51 Maroon 52 Sweet Nothing 53 Midnight Rain 63 Bigger Than The WholeSky 64 Question...? 78 Labyrinth 81 Paris 92 Mastermind 94 Vigilante Shit 96 Snow On The Beach Recommendations: Listen to the album on Spotify: |

Top 10 Albums of 2022
Album of the Year 2022: The Weeknd - Dawn FM 'Dawn FM' is the new album from the megastar and chart hit legend, The Weeknd, with this record following in the footsteps of his previous album 'After Hours', which was one of my favourite albums of 2020 and what I believe to be one of his best works yet. From the fantastic production to The Weeknd's incredible performance on most of the songs and even the storytelling elements and narrative shines through. This album for me is on par with "After Hours" and proves that The Weeknd is here to stay, making smash albums and smash hits. Can't wait for his upcoming Avatar movie song and hopefully another fantastic Weeknd album! Charting songs from the album: 01 Sacrifice 03 Take My Breath 04 Less Than Zero 09 Moth To A Flame (with The Weeknd) 21 Out Of Time 45 Best Friends 77 Don't Break My Heart 81 Is There Someone Else? 89 Gasoline Recommendations: Listen to the album on Spotify: My Album Hall Of Fame: 2017: Dua Lipa - Dua Lipa 2018: George Ezra - Staying At Tamara's 2019: Taylor Swift - Lover 2020: Dua Lipa - Future Nostalgia 2021: Maisie Peters - You Signed Up For This 2022: The Weeknd - Dawn FM The Top 250 Songs of the Year are starting tomorrow! |

Glad that you like how "Seta" sounds, would really recommend the album, it's amazing! The same I can say for Alice Merton's album, "Same Team" was a huge song in my chart, which will come up soon in my Top 250 Songs of the Year! Thank you for your comment. |

Dawn FM is definitely a deserving winner. I don't dislike Midnights, but "Anti-Hero" might be the only memorable stuff from hers.

I listened to Midnight and Dawn FM once each, both were fairly decent anyhow though like most I found After Hours to be a bit stronger than Dawn FM for The Weeknd.

Midnights is a brilliant album! A step up from folklore and evermore for me personally.

I like both of the albums in your top 2 but I don't think I've listened to Dawn FM for months. There's plenty of songs I like on there but it hasn't had the staying power as some of his older stuff for me.

Top 250 Songs of the Year 2022
This is it. This is the big one, I'll be counting all 250 songs of the year. It's all compiled due to a points system I've used to calculate my charts as I did for my Year-End charts in the last 5 years. There have been in total 30 #1 songs in this tracking year. Here are those 30 #1s of the year: - Taylor Swift - Message In A Bottle (Taylor's Version) (1 week) - Haloo Helsinki! - Tulikärpäset (1 week) - Deejay All Stars, Margherita Vicario & Elodie - Natale Per Te (1 week) - Sophie and the Giant, Benny Benassi, Dardust & Astrality - Golden Nights (1 week) - Seeb & Nina Nesbitt - Sweet Dreams & Dynamite (1 week) - Jasmine Thompson & Calum Scott - Love Is Just A Word (2 weeks) - The Weeknd - Sacrifice (1 week) - Alice Merton - Same Team (1 week) - Purple Disco Machine & Sophie and the Giants - In The Dark (9 weeks) - La Rappresentante Di Lista - Ciao Ciao (1 week) - Alice Merton - Blindside (1 week) - David Guetta, Becky Hill & Ella Henderson - Crazy What Love Can Do (1 week) - Elodie - Bagno A Mezzanotte (1 week) - Sigrid - A Driver Saved My Night (1 week) - Måneskin - SUPERMODEL (1 week) - Sigala & Talia Mar - Stay The Night (1 week) - Alvaro Soler & Topic - Solo Para Ti (2 weeks) - Fedez, Tananai & Mara Sattei - LA DOLCE VITA (5 weeks) - Pinguini Tattici Nucleari - Giovani Wannabe (1 week) - Calvin Harris, Justin Timberlake, Halsey & Pharrell Williams - Stay With Me (1 week) - Boomdabash - Tropicana (feat. Annalisa) (1 week) - Joel Corry & Becky Hill - HISTORY (1 week) - Tate McRae - Don't Come Back (1 week) - Sophie and the Giants - We Own The Night (1 week) - Alvaro Soler & Nico Santos - Candela (1 week) - Annalisa - Bellissima (3 weeks) - Silbermond - AUF AUF (3 weeks) - SG Lewis & Tove Lo - Call On Me (1 week) - Dermot Kennedy - Kiss Me (1 week) - Taylor Swift - Anti-Hero (4 weeks) Which song will be #1? Will the Summer song of the year go to the #1 for a fourth year in a row? Who's going to be the next "Psycho" of the year? Here are once again the top 10 songs from last year: 1. Maisie Peters - Psycho 2. Alvaro Soler - Magia 3. Lemo - Schwarze Wolken 4. Boomdabash - Mohicani (feat. Baby K) 5. Purple Disco Machine - Dopamine (feat. Eyelar) 6. Nice to see Call On Me going #1 somewhere. It feels very underrated compared to the rest of the singles from Tove's era
