I'm loving '30 Days' the more I listen to the album.
 Of course I loved it at the time when it was released, but the gap between its release and the album's release made me kind of forget it ever happened.

I find myself reaching out for these songs at present - Not Giving Up, Lease My Love, Problem with Love, Somebody Else's Life !!!!!! Of course What about us, Gentleman , Disco Love have been listened ample number of times, so i have put these behind in my playlist.
I'm loving - 'Problem With Love', especially Mollie's tones are like heaven though autotuned, and Una's indian classical touch, in her adlibs. I liked the way how they made it like a 'Femme Fatale' track, by extracting each girl's vocal tracks and exploring them slowly  It's like these demos (LML & Problem with love) were waiting for the right artiste , to give justice to them ! Finally got round to listening and I am quite disappointed not sure if this or Wordshaker is at the bottom of the pile. Really hoping some of the songs grow. 6/10 at a stretch.

Did anyone receive the newsletter? Not sure what the heading "Exclusive - Retitled 'Living For The Weekend'" means, it seems to have no relation to the subject (international release dates).

Problem With Love and You Don't Have The Right have grown on me and I'm now loving both of them as well as the 4 singles and Leave a Light On, Not Giving Up and Lease My Love.
Just Anywhere With You, Don't Let Me Dance Alone and Somebody Else's Life that need to grow on me now. I actually love the acoustic version of SEL much better than the album version. |

Disco love - 9/10 Gentleman - 3/10 Leave a Light On - 8/10 Not Giving Up - 10/10 LEASE MY LOVE - 11/10 30 Days - 8/10 Anywhere With You - 9/10 Problem With Love - 7/10 You Dont Have The Right - 9/10 Dont Let Me Dance Alone - 6/10 Somebody Else's Life - 6/10 Othrr than the singles excluding Gentleman the stand out songs are NGUand LML and AWY. Rochelle is clearly the lead here and deservesit as she sound great! MOLLIE sounds amazing on LML. Better than Wordshaker and Headlines, on par wth Chasing Lights, could outdo On Your Radar in time Overall id say 8/10. **** |

I'm just cherry picking Not Giving Up, Lease My Love, Problem With Love and You Don't Have The Right since I own the four singles anyway and the other tracks are shit. |

^ Did they ever actually refer to the album as The Chase? I'm sure it was just a rumour and they denied it completely in an interview.
OK I've played the album about six times now, rating time. 11.0 What About Us (feat. Sean Paul) 09.5 Disco Love 08.5 Gentleman 09.0 Leave A Light On 10.0 Not Giving Up 07.0 Lease My Love 08.0 30 Days 08.5 Anywhere With You 08.5 Problem With Love 10.0 You Don't Have The Right 08.5 Don't Let Me Dance Alone 08.5 Somebody Else's Life So a very solid album, not as good as OYR but still absolutely brilliant. |

'The Chase' was referred to on the back of both the 'What About Us' & 'Gentleman' promo CD's!
Joel, I guess that must be it, though it's a bit strange... I guess that subtitle might have been in error! |

With the first few listens, aside from the singles I'm loving Not Giving Up, Leave A Light On, Lease My Love, You Don't Have The Right and Don't Let Me Dance Alone
Lease My Love or Leave A Light On would be perfect as winter singles and then Not Giving Up early next year, but if they only go for one single it should be Not Giving Up. I feel the potential is being overrated though, it would hardly be a huge #1!

I think people need to remember NGU will likleu do an Ego/Higher and sell like 250/300k with a #9ish peak
