Sky and CWI set to agree broadcast terms for final two T20Is
It looks almost certain that England's final two games of their Caribbean tour will be broadcast on Sky, despite a dispute in the build-up to the contests. ESPNcricinfo understands that a deal has been agreed in principle between Sky and Cricket West Indies (CWI) with an expectation it will be signed off by the board on Thursday. Coverage of the matches was thrown into doubt after Sky declined to pay the price demanded for the two T20I games that conclude this tour. Sky argued they had already agreed a costly package for the entire tour when the deal was made in 2012 and were not involved in the decision to add two T20Is to the schedule when it was announced in 2017. |

Steve Smith and David Warner have been omitted from Australia's squad for the five-match one-day international series against Pakistan in March.
The pair are eligible for the final two matches of the series because their year-long ban for ball-tampering against South Africa ends on 28 March. |

Players' shirts will feature their name and squad number for the first time in 142 years of Test cricket when England host Australia in this summer's Ashes.
The change comes as part of the International Cricket Council's promotional plans for the new World Test Championship. |

India secured the Test Championship title for a third successive year and with it the million dollar prize.
Virat Kohli's team, who in January recorded their first Test series win in Australia, finished with 116 points, eight points clear of New Zealand. South Africa were third with Australia edging England for fourth by decimal points after both finished on 104 points. |

Twenty-year-old Sam Curran has become the youngest Englishman in a century to be named as one of Wisden's five Cricketers of the Year.
The all-rounder was named alongside his international team-mates Jos Buttler and Rory Burns. England batter Tammy Beaumont and India captain Virat Kohli complete the list. Kohli was also named the leading cricketer in the world, while compatriot Smriti Mandhana was the world's leading women's cricketer. Afghanistan's Rashid Khan was named the world's leading Twenty20 cricketer for a second year running. |

Jofra Archer says he does not want to "step on anyone's toes" as he tries to break into England's World Cup squad.
The 24-year-old, Barbados-born Sussex bowler became eligible to play for England on 17 March after completing residency criteria. He was not picked in England's initial squad but could force his way in if he impresses in pre-tournament games. QUOTE "I'm going to give it my best shot," said Archer.
"Of course I want to play in the World Cup, but if it doesn't happen for me I'm not going to get upset." |

Australian Ashton Turner has an unwanted record as he has become the first man in Twenty20 history to make five consecutive ducks as he fell first ball in the Indian Premier League yesterday.
It was the third successive IPL golden duck for the 26-year-old, who batted at number five for Rajasthan Royals. |

That's a bad run of form! I think there will be a huge cheer when he scores his next run (if he gets picked).
