Maybe Sweden should just stick to men after all. It’s 2014 all over again for me, SO close which makes it more gutting that my favourite didn’t win, but at the same time I do still really like the winner

As disappointed as I am though, 2nd is still a massive win for Dotter and I’m surprised it was as close as it was, the crowd reaction for her in the arena was quite muted compared to Anis, Anna and The Mamas

Haven't been following Melfest so closely this time but this is a fine choice, and better as far as I was concerned when up against Bulletproof. Still not stanning Sweden to any huge degree but I hope they do fairly well because the results of the whole show felt really fair and unpredictable this year so I'd like Sweden to stay that course.

Vote Results are out.

Looks like The Mamas got the most votes out of all 4 heats.
I can't believe how close Heat 2 was. Almost could have gone sideways.

Nothing super shocking.

Nothing super shocking.

Well I'm a bit shocked to see Paul and Felix were actually both FOURTH and not third like we all assumed. Malou actually almost 100k more votes than Felix is very surprising.

Malou actually also had more votes than Paul but still failed to win her heat ohmy.gif

EDIT: Malou actually had the second-highest number of votes in AC but still failed to qualify. That's gotta be rough.

Also ouch at Mariette's stats:
SF3 -> Comfortably first, second-highest points total and third-highest vote count out of all the semis.
GF -> Third-to-last, third-lowest points total and dead last in vote count.

Anna yet again screwed bu the youngster. Won the oldest 3 of the 7 categories and the televote, yet scored zero from the two youngest of the 7 groups
