BJSC 132: SF DRAW Pending mod approval of the final list, join us in the Ice Palace in Berg, Danæviia for the reveal of this contest's semi finalists tonight at 8PM approx.  This means confirmations are now closed except for anyone who needs to re-confirm. The Autoqualifier from Danæviia will be revealed firstly. The rest of this month's entries will be revealed in semi-final running order, and as it is Valentines Day we will also be sharing our relationship status with each nation. |

South Danelanda have come a long way since I was last in this contest, and I’m looking forward to their entry! I also love your National thread and the great work with all of those statistics.  There are lots of nations I’m looking forward to discovering music from for the first time, and one of those nations are Aquafina, who I’ve learnt have sent some iconic entries in the past, and I look forward to it!  Again, it goes without saying, but thank you all for welcoming Zanmatony back into this 132nd contest!  |

BJSC 132: SF DRAW The list has been signed off by the BJSC Mods. We have 65 confirmations this month which means there will be one AQ and 32 entries in each semi. 20 of each will make it through to the grand finale. Which one song has the honour of making it through without going through the process? We start off with, of course, the hosting nation - Danæviia! We have gone for a lush electronica meets classical piano instrumental piece, the perfect compliment to our winning entry from last month that we hope gets a few fans. We will be getting an automatic pass to the final but don't forget to give our entry a listen to during this week to familiarise yourselves with it.  AQ :: Danæviia :: Grandbrothers – What We See Grandbrothers are Erol Sarp and Lukas Vogel. After meeting at university in Dusseldorf, Erol and Lukas formed Grandbrothers to tie together their respective musical backgrounds and disciplines: Erol is a trained jazz pianist, while Lukas constructs synthesizers at Access Music. Together, they create a sound that combines classical composition with modern, experimental production and sound design. 1st appearance |
