Next week's performers will be Bruno Mars and Louisa Johnson. Bet Louisa will sing "Tears"

Bruno and Louisa next week!
Wonder if Louisa will be doing another XF exclusive? (I can't see that working out for her as well as Little Mix, so hopefully a traditional Friday release for her) |

Bruno Mars - 24K Magic obviously. Decent performer!
Louisa Johnson - So Good presumably! So happy with Louisa! This post has been edited by cqmerqn: 23rd October 2016, 08:05 PM |

I read something about her new single and that she had to change the lyrics, which say the words 'F***ed up', because it would offend young listeners....
Errm, please remind of James Arthur's first album which had swearing and yet never was moaned at for offending young listening. |

different target audiences... presumably they're going to market Louisa to young girls so can't have her swearing.

I don't think she'd try to fit Tears in as she'd want all eyes (or ears lol) on So Good!

I just wonder why they couldn't release a clean and explicit version rather than scraping the explicit version. Then we could get the best of both and kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Its a no brainer, she probably will sing the new single, as Clean Bandit was not even mentioned.

Strange timing for Bruno isn't his album not released on the 18/11? And his single will be in its third week so might not rise hugely?! I could be wrong about the effect on the single of course tho!

But he has the whole world to promo, he can't do everywhere on release week. Presumably he'll be wanting to do promo in America on release week. He's in the live lounge on Tuesday too so I'm sure he's making all the usual British pit stops. |

ISTM young listeners are rarely bothered by swearing on records - in fact they tend to prefer uncut versions - it's their parents that are the complainers! |
