I am looking forward to participating in an Ironman race on 24th March 2019 and I am looking forward to improve my overall fitness level for that I am looking for a cardio work out, along with improving my flexibility, upper and lower body strength improvements etc.
Have you ever considered doing an Iron man race? |

Removed the links but kept the thread as it's an interesting topic.
There is absolutely no way I'd consider doing an iron man I couldn't get anywhere near doing a marathon, never mind sticking a mammoth swim and bike ride in front of it. I know some family friends who have done one and I massively respect anyone who has the commitment to put all that time into training. |
