I do think this will go down as one of her weaker singles overall sad.gif I have really tried to get into it but it's just so forgettable and I struggle to remember how it goes.

I am with Jade, pov really needs to reach its full potential with a video and promo push. I think it could be huge - maybe after Christmas tbh? I think it could even get #1 if they time it right!

Yessss let 'positions', this, 'Santa Tell Me' and 'Oh Santa!' do the business for the rest of the year and then push 'pov' in January or something!

I hadn't thought about where this would rank for me in terms of overall singles - I definitely prefer it to 'Focus' and maybe 'Side To Side' but probably not much higher than that tbh, it's definitely growing on me but in a 'maybe 11th favourite on the album instead of 12th now' way laugh.gif 'positions' a lot higher though - perfect lead choice.

Yeah I agree, positions is definetly the right lead and sets the tone for the album. Not my fave on the album but it continues to grow!

Climbs 4 places in the official chart this week to #13! Run is now: 09-18-17-13

Holding up really well on Spotify - actually climbed to #12 today despite Christmas songs gaining.

This is back up to #10 on Spotify today - pleasantly surprised by how well it’s doing! It’s so easy for follow-up singles released quickly to be completely overshadowed by an established big hit by the same artist (with ‘positions’ still at #1 officially!) - but no, this is holding its own since the video boost. Plus Ariana of course has ‘pov’ hanging around too AND a popular Christmas hit laugh.gif Queen of the singles chart right now!

This has been a grower for me! It's not as in your face instrumentally but is quite a cute bop. I am kinda surprised it's rebounding but Ariana is so popular at the moment that all it needed was a video and some momentum to get it going again!

Looks like this has a genuine chance of being a fluke #1 on the January 1st chart?! 'positions', 'Sweet Melody', 'Levitating' and 'Midnight Sky' could all be on ACR (prior to any resets the following week), Christmas songs fading away... competition appears to be 'Whoopty' and 'Therefore I Am' going by the chart forum. Imagine! laugh.gif

This era is truly a wild time to be an Ari fan haha
