Taylor nearly landed at #3 with Love Story. Thankfully it managed to hold on.

Miley was 61 copies away from scoring her first top 10 hit with 'The Climb'.

5 Daniel Merriweather - Red 37,097

Red was 23 copies away from reaching #4.

9 Lily Allen - Not Fair 21,497
10 Eminem - We Made You 21,264

Veronicas 60 copies ahead of #9 and less than 300 copies ahead of #10 the week they peaked at #8.

This is another one that shocks me! Beyonce was about 160 copies short of getting a top 10 hit with 'Run the World (Girls)'. Though, a few months later she managed #3 with BTYNH despite it selling the same amount of copies as #4.
