I think that's against the rules, if someone sends something awful you have to say that you never received the PM.

A more serious answer:

There is a mandatory gap between contests of at least a week, although 6 days is acceptable if it's more convenient. Confirmation runs for a week and throughout the week you need to PM the mods the confirmation list for vetoing. We will let you know any rejected tracks as soon as physically possible. If a track is vetoed then you'll have to PM the country to ask for a replacement entry. After confirmation closes you'll need to send the final entry list to the mods who will check it before approving it, after this you can begin the next stage which will be dictated by entry numbers.

Semi finals will only take place in the event of more than 40 entries being confirmed. In that case, a week is to be allocated for Semi's and a week for the final. A 28-31 song final would be best. In the event of an odd number of participants, you will Auto-Qualify. You may chose to AQ in the event of a even number of participants, in that case I would also AQ as the runner up. Uneven semi's are not an option.

In the event of less than 40 participants we revert to the One Big Final format where we have no semi-finals. The points system for the one big final is 18, 15, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. This is the only time we don't use the Eurovision System for points. In the event of a 1BF a two week voting period is desirable, although you can close this slightly early if you wish.

With 40 participants it's the host's choice to go down either the 1BF or SF route.

I think I've found something very different to what I'd usually send just from accidentally putting the wrong channel on TV, but I reckon a few others may be after it tongue.gif

EDIT: Maybe not, apparently it'd be quite cheap, and looking further on Buzzjack, that's probably true.

I don't think my proposed entry will leak in time - assuming there is a 7 day gap between the final and confirmation, it's due to be out 2/3 days after confirmation closes, so I will need to find something else tongue.gif

Darin himself isn't really, a few Scandinuts love him but he's hardly Lady Gaga or Rihanna laugh.gif

But the track probably is. I didn't think it really made sense to veto it but there's LOADS of hype now, I bet like 7 people will try and confirm it. ALthough I remember this happening with Helena Paparizou - Baby It's Over (which WAS going to be my debut entry until I gave up when everyone wanted it seemingly) and no-one even entered that in the end laugh.gif Or was it veto'd?
