Joe and Jake

Excited to finally announce that our new single #TongueTied will be available for pre order as of tomorrow 🎤 & released SATURDAY!! #TongueTied
Who's excited?!

Well that's certainly a bizarre release strategy but I'm intrigued to see what they come out with and whether their "Eurovision" sound is actually the type of sound they would've done if it was just a normal song. I guess we can expect an appearance next Friday from them too?

The lyrics or whatever the phrases are on the cover suggest that it's hardly going to be anything special. And if it's accompanied by their "signature" sound, which is also the signature sound by a few thousand other bands who had already been inactive for a decade, then it's definitely not the type of thing that I would enjoy.

Just listening to this - it's inoffensive but nothing special.

They are self releasing now it seems so Sony dropped them pretty promptly - this is why we will always struggle to get credible acts and songs as the outcome is a minor hit and no record deal (At least in recent years).

Hmm, it's interesting to see them still releasing music actually! I wondered if they'd stay together as a duo after the Eurovision failure.

The song is quite nice with some nice elements to it, but it's not as good as You're Not Alone.
