this was such a great mundial for Belgium. Gutted they lost. probably my favourite team this year, although in all honesty I haven't seen all of them play~

it could be belgium v england part 2 for third place! i wonder how that could go

Mine too it has been great watching Belgium. Rearguard defending from France to win it. Where was Lukaku?

Such a shame for Belgium. Seemed like it was meant to be for their victory with how well they've been doing, but that didn't look like the same team there. France looking like the big favourites in the final, but then we did say that in the Euros...

What I will say is this France team are good but totally beatable. Belgium were complete cack and completely lost their heads 2nd half and started panicking way too early. Lukaku was nulified and KDB was way too deep. Thought the France midfield of Pogba, Kante and Matiudi was bloody brilliant to be fair.

I can't see either us or Croatia beating France in the final. It could be a big scoring game.

It probably will be tbh!

Still England getting fourth place, Belgium 3rd, are great results.

Well precisely, even more so in 2016 as they were playing in their own back yard & Portugal had scraped through virtually every round. Anything can happen in one game.

That said France were very impressive last night, they defended well & ousted the Belgian attack.
