Okay let's try this Thanks Lindsey for giving it the okay!

Grimes is a Canadian musician + visual artist (an apt combination, don't ya think?). She probably came into prominence mostly with the 2012 album Visions, however I'd say it wasn't until 2015's Art Angels that she blew up more, becoming well-known enough to even be vetoed in the Buzzjack Song Contest haha. Before both of those, she also released albums called Geidi Primes and Halfaxa, which are worth listening to as well. I'm least acquainted with the latter - I've listened to it enough to know that I like it though.

I'm going to try to include all of her singles on which she is the main artist. She hasn't really released enough of those for a sufficient rate, so I will also include songs that have had music videos created for them, but aren't official singles (or are promotional singles or whatever).

I'll give you a week I'd say! 21st of April. Pretty flexible. One optional 11, one optional -1, no real limit on other scores but just don't be a trqll and rate everything 10. Also no .5s if you can help it, thanks.

Oblivion is like one of my favourite music videos of all time. so perfect

relistened to everything. her music is just so multifaceted. i'm still getting goosebumps for the majority of the tracks. cannot wait for new material. it seems there should be two albums coming out hopefully later this year according to Claire's instagram~

i will probably change my mind several times about the 11 like i did in the past hour. crystal ball put Grimes on the map for me, nightmusic is so impactful and is always my go-to from Visions. go is just so polished and different. i wouldn't even try to rank the remaining 10s though because it's impossible. and we didn't even include album tracks (avi, be a body, colour of moonlight all deserve a shoutout!).

Any more? I might keep this open for a few more days before I present the results as BJSC is on tonight, then my tomorrow is super packed and the BJSC spin-off is happening on Tuesday or thereabouts I would imagine.
