12 England win Cricket World Cup
11 England win third test with Ben Stokes 135 not out 10 Liverpool and Tottenham Champions League semis 9 Dina Asher-Smith 8 Katarina Johnson-Thomson 7 Djokovic v Federer 6 Hamilton wins 6th F1 title 5 German Grand Prix 4 Ronnie O'Sullivan 3 Tiger Roll 2 Tiger Woods I might have put the Wimbledon final higher if I had actually seen it. I'm still annoyed that it clashed with the cricket World Cup final. I'm not giving any points to that contrived two hour marathon. Looking at that list reminds me what a great year of sport it's been. That's probably the right top 2 to go through to the final.

Liverpool & Spurs only finishing in 7th? It's like the good old days!
Hamilton deserved waaaay higher than 9th too, not like people win 6 F1 titles every year. But deserving finalists this year even if I couldn't give less of a hoot about cricket. |
