Didn't realise they were that close to the top 40! I thought they were still at #46-ish.

I feel so sorry for the girls. They should spend time pushing their music in Europe, Asia and Oceiana instead.

I NEED CARPOOL KARAOKE!!!
They just need to push things at the same time as the rest of the world. Times have changed, the delayed release worked for Leona 10 years ago, but this is a different time. They have a really dedicated fanbase out there. They just need to appeal to the casual audiences more. </3 So gutting for them because I truly believe they're the hardest workers in pop/the industry in general. Yet there are so many artists who just release something with little to no promo and get massive success with it. It's infuriating! |

You mentioned LM's dedicated fan base and one of the main issues I've had with Columbia is that they never take advantage of that. Every era, they treat Little Mix like a debut artist when they aren't. Sure they don't set the American charts on fire but they have a strong enough fanbase to hype up a release. Shout Out to my Ex climbed all the way to #11 when it debuted and Touch climbed into the Top 200 on US iTunes when they released the video. They never build on the hype that the fan base creates. Instead they let it die and then push it months later. Had they come to America for some promo and a radio deal immediately when Shout Out was released it probably could've been a decent sized hit and US success would've helped the song out in most European countries as well, which they could've visited later. But at this point I've pretty much given up all hope of them "cracking America" I just hope they can one day manage a small theater tour so I can see a real concert of theirs at least once. |

You've got it spot on. It is just made even worse because they're 4 of the most talented and down to Earth women in the business.

They are flopping cause their team isn't using payola on the radio.
Check out what Aubrey O'Day said about radio payola : https://twitter.com/AubreyODaysArmy/status/...6686979/video/1 and here she talks how much does it cost for Pop radio to play your song : https://twitter.com/AubreyODaysArmy/status/...332740866686979 |

It's crazy, they just needed to pay for power rotation on a couple of big stations for a few weeks and Touch would have taken off. (i think both videos are the same for me?) |

If they keep the same damn team for LM5, I'm literally gonna lose it.
Just imagine if they spent the last 3 months promoting in Europe, Asia, Oceania and maybe SA though.. oh well. |

They've lost it now. There is no way they will ever get a hit in the US.

It's a shame it hasn't worked out for them in America, but it's not the end of the world. As I've said previously, there's nothing wrong with being a local act with some moderate success in other territories. It never hurt other massive UK groups like Girls Aloud, Sugababes, Take That etc etc...

I'm from the Usa and I'm a mixer for life!! If radio is not fair to them it's the Usa's people's loss. They don't realize what they are missing. They are very successful in the UK, Ireland, Australia and some Asian countries so at least their being appreciated by them.

They're still hugely successful WORLDWIDE though. It's literally only the States! I wouldn't say they were hugely successful worldwide tbh. Their success is fairly moderate in general, apart from Australia and New Zealand to a certain extent. They should do more promo in Australasia in all honesty. |

They're a bit big in Asia thanks to Secret Love Song. I said this before but they could easily get a #1 single in Japan if they stay for a week-ish there. I'm surprised they didn't visit Japan tbh? Like I thought it's a tradition.
