Talking of iconic TV - how can Friends be 25 years old?

Loved this too as did my girls when they grew up. I think it's still funny today.

I cannot look at a Christmas turkey without imagining it on Joey's head. laugh.gif

My favourites were Ross and Rachel. heart.gif

I love Matt Le Bl , still do, he's great on Top Gear , really daring & a great sense of humour & a cute smile

Top Gear got a very bad start on BBC when Chris Evans was on it but it's really picked up last season, the new crew seem to have found their feet & work well together , it's good fun smile.gif

I have seen Matt on GN several times, he's always great fun , love the guy wub.gif

I hope no one is trying to pull a fast one with these Brexit talks / non-talks unsure.gif

It came after Ireland played down the prospect of an imminent Brexit breakthrough, pointing to a “wide gap” between Mr Johnson’s position and the EU and dismissing the PM’s optimism as “spin”.

Simon Coveney, Ireland’s deputy prime minister, said: “There are serious problems that arise because of the change in approach by the British Prime Minister - asking to remove a very significant section within the Withdrawal Agreement without any serious proposals as to how you solve those problems is not going to be the basis for an agreement.

The chances of a Brexit breakthrough must be very slim at this late stage. What is there to be suggested that hasn't been suggested before? wacko.gif

What a shock about Tjomas Cook , it's a real shame seeing these companies going to the wall & all those employees ( 22,000 ) losing their jobs

France is to pass legislation banning supermarkets and producers from destroying unsold non-food items in a “world first”, according to Edouard Philippe, the prime minister.

France has already enacted a law banning supermarkets from destroying unsold food, and obliging supermarkets to hand it to charity, but the government wishes to extend the ban to clothing, electronics or plastics, and other products.

Found this on YouTube tonight. wub.gif

I love Elvis and this is one of my favourite songs of his.

I found out it was written by Gordon Lightfoot who I used to like in the 70s. Beautiful lyrics.

From Aloha in Hawaii wub.gif
