This has appeared today on the Spotify chart at #182 (and is at #279 on Apple) from Liverpudlian musician BANNERS - and it was first released in 2017 from his second EP 'Empires on Fire'. I really like it! Hopefully it can be a hit, and I'll have to check out his debut album at some point.
