Rihanna seems likely tbh.
But I think because I’m desperate for new music from her I’m finding ways to make all clues fit to it being her. But I will say this Summer is good timing for reggae music which is what Rihanna’s album is. August 23rd will see Taylor releasing so if it’s an album drop releasing two weeks before means hopefully easy #1 (Taylor’s huge isn’t she for first week US sales so makes sense she may wanna release earlier). If Adele is also releasing she may wanna release before Adele who’s likely to be Q4. ANTI was pushed back bc of Adele wasn’t it. The TV takeover Rihanna would definitely be big enough to do to command audiences on all major shows. Hype would be huge but she needs some big promo and this would certainly be it!! Even if it’s just a single drop what a way to comeback for her if it is her. I’ve always strongly felt though that when the albums done she’s not gonna hang around and she’s just gonna drop the entire album. If Adele’s really releasing in November this won’t be going to #1 or at least not debuting there.

She pushed ANTI back though didn’t she so it didn’t clash with 25?
Although that was a big US #1 album which kinda overshadows it’s more modest performance in the UK (#7 peak). I don’t think it’ll be as messy this time around. Her streaming sales should be higher too I wouldn’t be shocked this time if her streaming sales alone were more than what ANTI did first week in the UK. I’m still so eager and ready for new music! I’m feeling like Grammys and BRITs feel likely for promo. Kinda beginning to feel as though this is gonna be coming in either January or February 2020 though. |

Is this double disc or like two totally seperate albums like sweetener and thank u, next where they’ll chart separately
If that rumour is true I think I’ll probably prefer the evolution one but it’s hard to predict. I’ve always liked reggae like Rihanna but I don’t know how I’d feel of like a full album of tracks like Man Down, No Love Allowed. |

Twitter seems to think that the album title is Balance judging off her latest insta post. I like it as a title but could just be her talking about the balance of all her projects she has going on rather than referring to the album

There’s only one Friday left in 2019 Rihanna promised us way back at start of year this was coming in 2019.
She’s also teased she’s listening to the album? I feel it’s coming soon (but tbh I’ve said this so many y times in this thread ). A surprise release on fri 27th? That way escaping the Xmas market and avoiding getting lost in it with the physical release coming the second Friday in January? Guess we will see. The only real thing I’ve always thought would happen this era is that we would get a surprise drop and not a campaign with a lead single (or multiple singles / promo singles) and then album release weeks later. She’s gonna drop the whole thing then let us decide what the singles will be. |
