I will be going through the threads and commenting on them over tonight and mostly tomorrow, though here's a quick peak at my BP rankings!

1. La La Land
2. Arrival
3. Lion
4. Manchester By The Sea
5. Hacksaw Ridge
6. Hidden Figures
7. Fences
8. Moonlight
9. Hell Or High Water

The top 7 are all 10/10 incredible and I like the other 2 as well! Best year in AGES.

THINK:
I think we're either having a La La Land sweep or it being really spread out! Really can't call it rn but I'm gonna go for the former

Best Picture: La La Land
Best Director: Damien Chazelle – La La Land
Best Actor: Ryan Gosling - La La Land HAVE NO CLUE HERE! Casey or Denzel can EASILY win here
Best Actress: Emma Stone – La La Land
Best Supporting Actor: Mahershala Ali – Moonlight Think Dev could pull it off but I'm not brave enough to predict it! laugh.gif
Best Supporting Actress: Viola Davis – Fences
Best Original Screenplay: La La Land - Damien Chazelle
Best Adapted Screenplay: Moonlight – Barry Jenkins and Tarell Alvin McCraney Tbh any of them can win, very close to predicting Lion or Arrival or Hidden Figures!
Best Animated Feature Film: Kubo & The Two Strings
Best Foreign Language Film: The Salesman
Best Original Score: La La Land – Justin Hurwitz
Best Original Song: "City of Stars" from La La Land
Best Sound Editing: La La Land
Best Sound Mixing: Hacksaw Ridge
Best Production Design: La La Land
Best Cinematography: La La Land
Best Makeup and Hairstyling: Suicide Squad this is so gonna like end up winning this isn't it!!
Best Costume Design: La La Land Thought Jackie until it lost to not even nominated Hidden Figures at the guilds
Best Film Editing: La La Land
Best Visual Effects: The Jungle Book

WANT:

Best Actress: Emma Stone – La La Land Plz she has to win!!
Best Supporting Actor: Dev Patel - Lion
Best Supporting Actress: Viola Davis – Fences SURELY.

I got 12 and Sam got 13 so she wins laugh.gif Even though it was second favourite, I don't think many people would have predicted a Moonlight Best Picture win ohmy.gif
