Faith Bogalar could be set to end this run as the Turkish produced "Te ma Etmaje" which mixes Arabic music with Dance continues its charge up the chart from 8 to 3. The other big mover of the week, and in the continued absence of the original on Youtube, is Rajiv Dhall's cover of Drake's "One dance" up from 14 to 9. Three new entries this week with the highest being from young Norwiegan DJ Alan Walker as "Sing me to sleep" comes in at 16 whilst "Faded" has now spent half a year on my chart. At 19 is Canadian band The Strumbella who have released 3 albums since forming in 2009 and now have a commercially successful single in the form of "Spirits" which enters my chart at 19. Finally at 20 is the surprise US hit for rapper Kent Jones with the intensely catchy "Don't mind" including a chorus in English, French, Japanese and Haitian Creole. NUMBER ONE Lost on you (LP) NUMBER TWO Bailar (Deorro ft Elvis Crespo) NUMBER THREE Te ma etmaje (Faith Bogalar) HIGH CLIMBER One dance (Drake) (Rajiv Dhall cover) NEW ENTRY Sing me to sleep (Alan Walker) NEW ENTRY Spirits (The Strumbellas) NEW ENTRY Don't mind (Kent Jones) This post has been edited by moth09: 10th June 2016, 03:33 PM |
