Its by far the best song on wonderland and i do like the song but it wouldnt be in my top 10 Take That songs, more low top 20 place for me.

As far as i can find they havnt, i think it was filmed but the release didnt go ahead.

The tour was hugely successful but the album been their least successful may have lead to the dvd not getting released.

Ya it would have def sold the same as their dvds usually do very well, i often look back at the success of the circus dvd ,it was huge for them.
