She finds it difficult right now, let her continue to work hard and get through this dark phase so she can say she battled and won over the darkness, I say!

Given that Kesha is still tied in after an alleged rape and drugging, I'd say so. She signed a contract. Unless she can buy herself out somehow, she's bound to release a certain number of albums and whatever else she signed up to deliver.
