I don’t think that’s really the issue. One is an album, the other is a single. It’s probably because Strip That Down did pretty mediocrely on YouTube so they’re trying to boost views by debuting the video immediately.

EDIT: I know it did alright in the log run, but it got off to a really slow start on YouTube which I assume is what they’re trying to fix this time around, IF the video is coming on Friday.

The cover!!!! It looks like something I'd make if forced by gunpoint to enter the CD art competition thing in the chart forum and used a free website to generate a cover.

Not a great cover but the low budget look was obviously on purpose. It's not like they're pinching pennies after STD (oh wow, maybe not a title I should abbreviate laugh.gif)

I think this will be an absolute smash without even hearing it. I expect something a little less urban this time around.

Not a fan of this at all. The falsetto is very annoying and the chorus isn't particularly catchy (more annoying really). Big disappointment after the guilty pleasure that was "Strip That Down" sad.gif

Easily my favorite of his three and by far my favorite between all members but Zayn. I’m glad one of them actually decided to bring the bops and upbeat fun songs.

Not as strong as Strip That Down, it’s just ok. Could’ve done with a feature.

Yep definitely the best thing from Liam so far. I think the hook is incredibly catchy. It's so chilled, I'm completely sold and think it sounds like another big hit.

Definitely basic bop territory, but it's more up my street than Strip That Down ever was!

This is one of those BJSC songs that would easily qualify, but end up bottom 5 as "filler" in the final.

'Strip That Down' had a lot more personality and I still enjoy it every now and again. Not that this is bad, it's just a bit bland/faceless?

This is ok... I've found this and Strip that down ere on the side of cheesy and cringey at times. The mobile phone and background noise just cannot be taken seriously, plus some of the lyrics aren't the best.

Get Low was great (but ultimately just a feature). Both his own solo efforts have been weak in the grand scheme of 1D solo releases.

It's decent but I'm getting so over these tracks in general that never quite feel they reach their chorus peak, like the hook for this still feels like a bridge to me.

His vocals on the (lack of) chorus are awful :/ This is better than Strip That Down which was cringe af (not that him going brr brr to be an iphone isn't) but basic is definitely the word.

Yeah the chorus doesn't peak the way it should do imo, it's underwhelming. Strip That Down was better!

This is so nothingy. Loved ‘Strip That Down’, however generic and unoriginal it was, but this is just dull.

Well, I'm the only one who loves this song AGAIN drama.gif

I agree that there isn't as prevalent of a hook as the likes of Strip That Down or Get Low but it still feels just as consistent.

I find the vocals on the chorus pretty much unlistenable. sad.gif
