On 19th June 2015, the girls lead single Notorious from their third studio album "On Your Radar" was certified Silver by the BPI for sales of 200,000!

On 30th June 2014, the video for What Are You Waiting For? was released sponsored by First Choice who probably paid for the music video

The girls debut single "If This Is Love" was released and has sold 110,000 copies in the UK. The video incorporates the girls sponsoring their colours which was a key feature of the Chasing Lights campaign.  Where does If This Is Love hold up in your Sats rankings? |

The video for the girls second album lead single "Forever is Over" was shot on this day. I personally can't believe it is over eight years old!

On this day in....2016:
Mollie King released her debut single "Back To You" which charted in the top 100 (IIRC?), with a fantastic video which sums up the song perfectly. Mollie described the song as "The song is about a relationship that you know isn't working but [you] keep going back to them because you love them." - easily something many can relate with but unfortunately that didn't translate into sales! |
