There was a hearing today regarding Jodi's request for security fees of $50k per month, however it has been postponed until next monday.
It was postponed as they needed more time to confer. They have started a draft agreement which has not been finalised. Rosengart stated he, his firm and most importantly Britney thank the fans for the support and she is overwhelmed by all the love. They are working aggressively and working very hard on the paperwork to remove Jamie Spears unless he resigns first. Matthew Rosengart speaking: |

Britney Spears is sick of waiting for her day in court ... she wants some action now, to get her dad booted from the conservatorship.
Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, filed legal docs ... asking the judge to move up the hearing date on removing Jamie from late September to August. Rosengart says if the court won't move up the hearing at a minimum the judge should suspend Jamie immediately from his duties. ---- Mathew  Hope this is successful!

The hearing stays scheduled for end of September and Jamie has not been suspended from his role. |
