Frankie Laine achieved it in these 2 Charts. FRANKIE LAINE (W/E 17th October 1953) No.2 -- I BELIEVE No.3 -- HEY JOE No.4 -- WHERE THE WIND BLOWS FRANKIE LAINE (W/E 24th October 1953) No.1 -- HEY JOE No.3 -- WHERE THE WIND BLOWS No.4 -- I BELIEVE So it has taken just over 62 Years for it to happen a 3rd time. However - Justin has achieved it whilst holding the No.1 & No.2 positions. No one has ever managed that before.
