Snippet of "Two Kinds of Silence". Contrary to what I said, looks like that the pre-order of the album will be unveiled soon, hence the reason why the teasers say 'Chapter 3' (in reference of her album #3).

I've always been a huge fan of Foxes but I'm still not totally sure what I think of this era's sound. I loved the songs from the Friends in the Corner EP and was disappointed when it was announced there wasn't going to be a full album of similar as originally planned. I hope it will grow on me but have found the singles so far a bit underwhelming to be honest!

Conversely I have not generally been a huge fan of Foxes before but I thought 'Sister Ray' was great.

Serious contender as the album of the year for me.

it might be because she's released most of the album already... but nothing is as good as 'body suit'.

Definitely an early contender for album of the year! Bop after bop after bop, she really delivered. Such a shame everything seems to be going so unnoticed for her.

Such a consistent album. Really hope this does well for Foxes and gets her some new fans.

I love her, but if I'm honest her first two albums had a handful of keepers on each. This is her first consistently good body of work! Great, actually.
Bravo Louisa! |

I'm surprised at those comments, there's a handful of pretty decent songs but it's definitely not as good as her first two albums for me.

Why is the physical released a week later than the download?

I think it's a great album, I can definitely see me returning to it more than her others.
Sister Ray is my favourite song of hers in years, and Sky Love isn't far behind that for me, I particularly love its verses. But the whole album is incredibly consistent. A few of the songs (Potential/Absolute/Two Kinds Of Silence) remind me of the pop sound The 1975 have often peddled since their second album. |

I'm really struggling to get into this album. Sister Ray and Sky Love are great but the rest... not so much.
