64 2.25 Wishing On a Star | The X Factor Finalists 2011 feat. JLS & One Direction 63 3.25 Kill My Mind | Louis Tomlinson 62 4.40 We Made It | Louis Tomlinson (no 9s) 61 4.40 Miss You | Louis Tomlinson (one 9) No shocks down the bottom end as we lose Wishing On a Star first. The X Factor Finalists singles seemed to have less impact each progressing year and by 2011, Simon had decided to rope in JLS and One Direction to help bolster sales. It was a #1 single, but spent only three weeks top 40, and isn't held up as one of the best for either band. Louis loses three tracks as well, including recent tracks Kill My Mind and We Made It, which see Louis settle into an Oasis-inspired pop sound, and fleeting top 40 hit Miss You, which brought his hit run to an end after just two top 10 singles. |

60 4.85 Stack It Up | Liam Payne feat. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie 59 4.90 Two of Us | Louis Tomlinson 58 5.21 Finally Free | Niall Horan 57 5.33 Too Much | ZAYN feat. Timbaland (no 8s) 56 5.33 Don't Let It Break Your Heart | Louis Tomlinson (one 8) Liam, Niall and Zayn all lose their first songs in this section, alongside another couple of Louis tracks. Stack It Up is the first Liam song to go, which is no huge surprise, as it also became his first single to miss the top 40 - quite comfortably too, peaking at #84. Finally Free was actually the first One Direction-related single to miss the entire top 100, poor Niall! That said, it wasn't very widely promoted and it seems that even on here, it went over a lot of people's heads. Too Much saw Zayn team up with Timbaland, though as the fourth single from Icarus Falls in what felt like a matter of weeks, it didn't create many waves in the chart. Finally, we see Louis' heartfelt tribute to his mum drop out at #59 in the form of Two of Us - a lovely track that deserved better both chartwise and here - and his latest release, Don't Let It Break Your Heart, at #56. We have just two Louis solo songs left - Just Hold On and Back to You! |

55 5.50 Polaroid | Jonas Blue, Liam Payne & Lennon Stella (no 10s) 54 5.50 Fingers | ZAYN (one 10) 53 5.55 All I Want (For Christmas) | Liam Payne 52 5.60 Gotta Be You | One Direction 51 5.69 Rumors | Sabrina Claudio feat. ZAYN A couple more Liam songs out now, with Jonas Blue collaboration Polaroid in 55th and his Christmas release at #53, as well as two ZAYN tracks. Fingers is actually one of my favourite Icarus Falls singles, should be a bit higher I think! There's also our first proper One Direction single to drop out, which is unsurprisingly Gotta Be You. |

Gotta Be You is definitely not their weakest group single.
Story Of My Life to slay in this pls. Alongside Pillow Talk, Dusk Till Dawn and Sign Of The Times and fine Line era Harry. |

Polaroid is pretty underrated, and I'll always maintain that Bedroom Floor is a bit of a bop Both are too low!

Freedun is incredible as is I Don't Wanna Live Forever. The anti-ZAYN train makes an unsurprising stop here ~ |

HOW in God's name is that atrocious 'A Whole New World' cover not bottom 5 with the Louis songs? Atrocious. I would genuinely prefer to listen to Peter Andre & Katie Price's version... live or studio. Don't really like 'I Don't Want To Live Forever' either. Just never really taken to it and find the vocals (from both) piercing. The Louis onslaught at the bottom end of these results is thoroughly deserved. VOM.
Like Jay though, 'Bedroom Floor' is a low-key bop - oops. I can't remember many of these tracks that have fallen out though :\ |

I Don't Wanna Live Forever has never really impacted on me - it's quite shrill in fact
No gigantic losses at all so far really, This Town and a couple of the Louis songs are my favourites. |
