Welcome to the BJSC 82 Semi Final Draw! Here is the first place to find out which semi your entry will be appearing in and also a chance for your entry to get its own introduction.

Here's some facts about time based on the upcoming mp3 packs firstly, because I love time - the longest entry is 8:09, the shortest is 2:42, the median is 3:50 and overall the entries come to 4 hours and 8 minutes.

We will start with the reveal of the host entry and the autoqualifiers at 20:40

This looks like a pretty impressively diverse / interesting bunch of songs. Now to just hope they're actually good. x (I have a solid 4 or 5 songs that I want to give big points to just from the ones I know already as ever).

not that it rly matters but I sent Sevdaliza in LXVIII - sadly dnq'd but that makes two of my artists reappearing here after Embody!

have to say I can't rly tell which entry was the 50th entry that skirted the veto - Jess Mills, Metronomy, Sonny J AND Chairlift all make a case for it, surprised they weren't veto worthy? (possibly I missed an explanation in the lil comments, I was kinda skim-reading)

overall seems like an exciting bunch, a few artists I know but not their songs like Sofi de la Torre and Lushington, so plenty to explore!

in case no one knows - it wasn't in my blurb - Penn in MOTHXR is Penn Badgley of Gossip Girl fame *.* considered them quite a while back with their debut song 'Victim' so this has been a while coming!

I was on a plane while this was all happening but omg at Sofi! *.* <33333 I was thinking of sending in "Vermillion" as my debut months ago but never followed through with it, but I'm glad to see her getting the recognition she deserves.

I haven't heard the others yet, bar Chairlift (also *.*), but I'll start tonight before I sleep!
