Lucie Silvas has announced she's releasing a self-titled EP on the 3rd February! Not sure what's happening with the Letters To Ghosts album but you might as well remove it from the list, have absolutely no clue what's happening with it.

How come that some of the singles in your release schedules are already charting high and for weeks.
Example: Taylor Swift - Blank Space

Because it is available to buy from the album '1989'. Post album singles can always chart before their official 'impact'/release date.

the new T'Pau album 'Pleasure & Pain' is mastered! The single 'Nowhere' will be available to download on 18th Jan. 2015.

Release date for album is February 2nd 2015, and it can be pre-ordered on Amazon
