Not for me. It was good the first time it was tried and offered a different dimension to the results reveal but time to put it back on the shelf.

I prefer to see the full votes too. I mean it adds drama but the traditional reveals usually create their own tension and everyone’s votes get a fair airing and there is time to digest them.

I'm not into them. I always have to remind myself how they actually work when presented lmao.

I'd enjoy either, but I'm giving jury voting a bit of a support here as I wanna see it still remain an option, as I love the tension it creates and quickfire changes in results are more entertaining, while I get that it sucks a bit for the people that DNQ'd who don't get their votes revealed, it doesn't personally bother me as I wouldn't be putting a lot of effort into my votes then laugh.gif

I'm kinda neutral, I voted yes just because it puts more focus on each individual song in the jury vote reveal section (whereas in the normal reveal songs slowly moving up or down can easily just go unnoticed until you suddenly realise at the end that they're much higher/lower than you thought, as it's impossible to pay attention to 37-42 songs at the same time lol) but then that's at the detriment of putting focus on each individual vote for the few of us who still put some kind of commentary/formatting in them (I'd love for more people to do that again, I always make sure to read them, don't know if anyone else does tho tbf xx).

I prefer the excitement it adds tbh, breaks up the results presentation a bit having a "twist" like that, if people really want to show off their votes they can post them, it just feels like people are only interested what they get from who but I like the suspense of who's gonna be where in the "jury", granted it works way better when there's a shock but you can't really know that beforehand to plan the results reveal round it laugh.gif

I voted no but I don't mind the jury vote now and again if we know it's going to happen before we send our votes in. In the last contest I thought there was going to be one so I minimised what I wrote in my vote and of course there wasn't a jury vote. I suppose next time if I put a few more comments in my vote,it'll end up being shoved away in the jury section which is shown after most people have gone to bed.

It's a cute little novelty and I don't dislike it but as a general rule of thumb, no.

I'm very neutral but have enjoyed quite a few of the results that had jury reveals, so I'll vote 'yay'.

On occasion, it's fine. I think it should be up to the host on which reveal they think is going to be more exciting in the results and a lot of the time, that's the traditional one anyway as long as you plan the vote order right.

However it has the disadvantage of making people who didn't qualify have even less of a reason to be invested, so I'd prefer the traditional reveal be the more common one, not a fan of anything that makes non-qualification feel even more like you're excluded, as that just increases the 'necessity' to qualify thereby discouraging experimentation.

Jury reveals are another way for hosts to bring some personality and individuality to their hosting rather than just copy/pasting 60 PMs. So, for that reason i'm very much in favour of them and of all the alternative methods of vote reveals.

I'm neutral - it's nice to mix it up every few contests to have something a bit different in the results format so I went with yes!

No sometimes if you are in the jury you're votes can sort of feel like an afterthought if you are not announced like everyone else.
