Highest New Entry: Lucy Spraggan - Run (#40) Longest Runner: Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande - Rain On Me (31 weeks) Biggest Climber: Taylor Swift - willow (up 19) Fastest Faller: Lucy Spraggan - Roots (down 17) Well, Merry Christmas folks! Little Mix of course have managed to claim my very first Christmas number one and also the final number one of the year for me! The song just isn't dying for me, and even when it slips off #1, I think it'll stick around for a while. Speaking of sticking around for a while, look at Rain On Me with the climb AGAIN! Such a bop, and it hasn't left my chart since day one.  Two Christmas songs in the top ten too  Have a good Christmas guys and I'll see you next week for the first chart of 2021!

Nice to see "Sweet Melody" again at the top. Is this a record in your chart? Also like "No Time For Tears" reaching close to the top and "willow" reaching the top 10! Below the top 40, I like the debut for "Champagne Problems" and the returns for "Happiness", "911" and "Kings & Queens"! Great chart! |

Hey Adam!
Little Mix with an 8th week at #1 holy crap  amazing. Is this your longest running #1?No Time For Tears upto #2   It's amazing to me how it's fell so much in everyone's charts after week 1, my own chart included.Oh my god at Space O thought it had done amazingly on my own chart, but just look at that chart run, with a climb this week to boot!Willow with that climb It is indeed a grower. Tbh, there were better songs to lead the album with imo.One More Sleep.with the climb to the top 15. Honestly, I adored this when it first released but I do find it quite bland these days. The fall starts for Carly. Her Christmas track was a great effort imo. It may become a yearly staple on my chart. I guess we'll find out next Christmas I hope Underneath The Tree can peak way higher next year. Imo, one of her best ever songs. Gold actually sticking around J'adore Fantastic chart, as usual x |

It is indeed a record in my chart for Sweet Melody, I just can't get over it yet!  No Time For Tears may well take #1 in a few weeks, it's still growing on me, as is willow so that may challenge too! I'm glad you like champagne problems although I doubt it is going to be a hit for me, it's not the best. Thanks for commenting

It is my longest running number one, and becoming quite a staple too. Only Rain On Me has come closer with five weeks at the top Yeah I'm surprised by No Time For Tears as originally I got quite bored of it, but during Christmas it held up well I think as a nice fresher from the festive songs! It could possibly get to #1 in a few weeks if promo takes off and we get some performances I thought Space was on it's way out when it started dropping but I think the fact I never skip the song when it comes on shuffle is playing a huge part here. It's also a record in the most weeks consecutively top ten (with Sweet Melody now second), I have no idea how much longer the run is going to last willow is quite a nice track, i prefer the verses though more than the chorus. And I agree! I think gold rush could have been a better lead. Yeah One More Sleep I expected to be higher and even in real life it's getting a lower peak each year, but I still love it and I wish Leona released more music! Carly's track is great, but I genuinely can't see myself returning to it next year  Kelly had more success than Leona this year in the official chart, I think for the first time ever? It deserves it tho! Yep Gold is still hanging in there Thank you for commenting as always

 'Sweet Melody' is a fantastic first ever Christmas #1  I think 'Cannonball' might have actually been mine as I started my chart back in 2011 their impact!Loving the new entries for Ariana and Taylor! I'm appreciating 'December' and 'Christmas Tree Farm' a little bit more than usual this year. 'champagne problems' definitely an 'evermore' highlight <3 could maybe work as a 2nd single, with it being one of the most popular three on album release week. Great chart
