 I think we got a 5th, 6th with Kishi bashi and Sandra, and did quite well with Ria Mae, Kadie Elder, and the rest were pottering around the 20's and 30's and one last place (at least) with one of our final Bollywoood entries. (* though a spreadsheet showing just how many/few we've had would be lovely  )

OK I did some research and my hit ratio is almost 1 in 3, which is better than I expected, though possibly the worst hit ratio of all-time for 60 contests, nearly

The lesson is clear! Do best with off-the-wall world music entries or indie dance. About 1 in 6 of qualifiers make the top 10 (all 5 of 'em), and the most likely positions are 5th, 7th, 25th, and 32nd. |

Realising that Sharon Can Etten's 18th place finish isn't bad in its own right but extremely underrated as far as Aeroche entries normally finish, which ain't on

DJ Tira, Busiswa and Moonchild Sanelly] Josin - Once Apart - Most obvious development is that I have a first place now so 4th is the only unique top 10 position I need.- 3rd becomes my most common position after getting two more this year! - Finally obtained a couple more positions in the 30s for the first time in about 3 years - I've realised that contests ending in 8 are very good for me. 98 was pretty average (24th) but I got 7th in 78, 3rd in 88, 2nd in 108 + 3rd in 118, incredible! |

But I got a 2nd place once so I'm okay.
