Wales' Leigh Halfpenny and Rhys Webb both ruled out of the World Cup due to injury. Quite a blow for Wales there.

Looking forward to this actually, let's make this a hot topic throughout the tournament!
I've got tickets for a Australia and a New Zealand match in Cardiff, so that should be great. New Zealand are the favourites obviously, alongside South Africa. If England can win the Group (a tough ask), then they could have a clear route to the final. On another note, England player Billy Vunipola went to my school! He was two years above me and in the same year as my sister. He was absolutely massive compared to everybody |

Mike Brown (Harlequins); Anthony Watson (Bath Rugby), Jonathan Joseph (Bath Rugby), Brad Barritt (Saracens), Jonny May (Gloucester Rugby); George Ford (Bath Rugby); Ben Youngs (Leicester Tigers); Joe Marler (Harlequins), Tom Youngs (Leicester Tigers), Dan Cole (Leicester Tigers), Geoff Parling (Exeter Chiefs), Courtney Lawes (Northampton Saints), Tom Wood (Northampton Saints), Chris Robshaw (capt, Harlequins), Ben Morgan (Gloucester Rugby). A bit of a unconvincing performance from England against Fiji. Nevertheless a win is a win.
Today's Fixtures: Tonga v Georgia 12:00 Pool C Ireland v Canada 14:30 Pool D South Africa v Japan 16:45 Pool B France v Italy 20:00 Pool D |

Bonus point was important.
I'm not massively into rugby but I'm hoping to watch quite a few games. |

Very drunkenly followed this last night, didn't sound too impressive from England but opening games rarely are.
Lots of Irish fans around Cardiff yesterday and today for their match against Canada. They should win that comfortably to be honest! |

That South Africa Japan match will surely go down as one of the biggest sporting shocks ever!
Remarkable match and to score the winning try in the last minute is almost too perfect. Probably the moment of the World Cup already I'd say. |

Definitely the biggest World Cup shock of all time.
Upcoming fixtures: Tomorrow: Australia v Fiji 16:45 Scotland v Japan 14:30 France v Romania 20:00 I'm predicting a Australia win and a comfortable France win, possibly Japan beating Scotland. |

Well that good spirit didn't last long, a surprising result which means England must defeat Australia to advance.

A very comfortable win for Australia, 66-3.
Scotland were behind in half-time against USA but fought back to win comfortably. |

Watched the match last night in a packed bar in central Cardiff, you can imagine the celebrations of hundreds of drunk Welshman! The Tom Jones song Delilah was getting repeated plays in the clubs and after parties I was at.
Thought England were comfortable and Wales didn't look like winning until the end. Great game though. |

Should be a good game between Wales and Fiji tomorrow.
How much of a gap would you give for each match just out of interest as Wales coach Warren Gatland has spoken about this. |
