Hi Jade!
I've heard Claustro a few times now, it's very catchy indeed but I prefer last week's number one from Flume and London Grammar! Great to see Tyler, The Creator maintaining his presence in the top ten here, thought EARFQUAKE was alright at first but I'm really enjoying it now! Good to see the effect of Ariana's new music video sending her into the top ten too. Rodeo is similarly growing on me, I might end up charting that soon, and glad Greaze Mode has finally entered your chart, better late than never! That twenty place drop for Bring Me The Horizon in the space of two weeks is a little sudden though considering its run so far, are you getting bored of it now? I hope not. Hopefully Post Malone's new track can make a recovery too, it's entered at number two for me. Great chart! This post has been edited by coi: Jul 15 2019, 03:57 PM |

Hey there coi Yess it's ridiculously catchy and for that reason it has wormed its way into my affections more and more since that first listen *.* fair enough, just noticed that 'Let You Know' is in your chart so that makes sense. Oh yes 'EARFQUAKE' is having a very healthy run in my chart right now. Pleased to hear that it's grown on you a fair bit! The Ariana music video was a great reminder of how much I enjoy 'in my head', was a bit of a late bloomer as it never charted during album release week, but I couldn't resist it after a little while! Great to hear that 'Rodeo' is growing on you! There's a really addictive quality to it. Oh yes I'm so late to 'Greaze Mode' I did like it but it's finally clicked for me properly out of nowhere, Skepta now having 3 top 20 hits on my chart from this campaign *.* Oh I think with BMTH they've suffered from loads of new entries in the 11-20 region over the last couple of weeks that have been leapfrogging it! But I do still love it and it's comfortably my fave song of the year so far - around 7 months in my chart now *.* shall see what happens with 'Goodbyes' as I'm sure I'll be hearing it a lot after its strong start in the official chart! Thank you for commenting <3 |

Hi Jade!
I have to talk about your debuts, because they are all interesting! "In My Head" was not one of my favourites from Ariana's album, but it's decent, probably debuted in your chart because of the video. "The Git Up" is a goofy song much like "Old Town Road" is, but I enjoyed it as much as "Old Town Road"! "Greaze Mode" is my favourite song from Skepta's new Album. "Wild Roses" sounds decent on first listening. And then there's Ed, from.both songs I like "South of the Border" more, but "Put It All On Me" is good as well. Great chat as always! Hi Jade!
Giving Static a play now, it's quite a nice dance track but I've been sidetracked by the fact they also have a song out called 'Boris Borrison's Trip To Morrisons' (I'm actually preferring it as well oops) I remember Greaze Mode was in the charts but already forgotton what it sounds like Glad it's stuck with you though. Giving new Madeon a play as well now, it's very different to All My Friends, sadly not as much my cup of tea Great chart |

Claustro, Be Someone, All Day And Night and Let You Know are all great electronic tracks. Cross Me is my 2nd favourite track from his new album, behind BLOW. The Git Up is an amusing fusion of country and trap. Just listened to the Blood Orange mixtape a few days ago and recently did a short review of it on AlbumOfTheYear. It's really good, and Take It Back is in my Top 5 of that project. Not The News and Spell are both great. I managed to get Hot Chip's fantastic new album on CD to add to my collection of HC studio albums. My faves from the chart flashback are Chandelier, Stolen Dance, eez-eh, Gecko and guilty pleasure Rude. |
