The 50-year-old appeared on Lorraine on Thursday and played a sneak peek of his new record, Keep Singing to Amanda Holden, who is currently filling in for Lorraine Kelly. Rick told Amanda that he quit music at 27 despite his success because he became disillusioned with the industry. The singer has taken a leaf out of Adele's book and called his new record 50, after hitting the milestone age in February - it is set to be released on June 17.
